- For 2013 and newer:
No vehicle age or mileage restrictions (Original owner/non-transferable).
- For 2007-2012:
6 years or 70,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Vehicles no longer covered under Roadside Assistance:
- If using a referred towing company, charges can be billed directly to the customers’ Repair Order (RO).
- If using a non-referred towing company, payment maybe required by the towing company upon delivery.
Minor Dents, Scratches, Dings, Rock Chips, Windshields:
Schedule with “ANY” unless customer has a preferred advisor.

What does this mean?
Always ask, “Is there a specific Service Advisor you prefer to work with or would you like to be scheduled with the first available advisor?”
If they have a preferred advisor, please schedule at the time requested – if time slot is taken please offer alternate time slot (for the day the customer is requesting) if nothing is available please offer another date/time with the preferred advisor.
If no proffered advisor, schedule with “ANY” advisor by accommodating the clients requested drop off time – if time slot is taken please offer alternate time slot/day.
