Saturday Appointments: The Service Drive is half-staffed on weekends. Repairs, diagnostics, leaks, squeaks, rattles must be scheduled Monday-Friday. Saturdays are staffed as during the week , heavy diagnostic repair work is strongly recommended for weekly hours. Squeaks, Rattles, and Noises Cutoff Times: Schedule an appointment as a drop off State Inspections: Schedule appointments for NEW YORK STATE INSPECTION. Pricing is handled by Service Advisor. Shuttle: 7am-3pm Monday-Saturday 15 mile radius Loaner Policy: Loaners, most are booked two to three weeks out on an average. If you see one (usually one only) is available any sooner or within a day or two please check with an advisor to confirm availability. First service, please inform customers their first service is due at 10K or 1 year. They can do the service as soon as 8500 miles but will not any sooner. If their service light comes on at earlier miles or before the year is up, please inform the customer they may stop by any time to have their light reset and perhaps top of their fluid but the service will not be done until the recommended miles or time frame. The dealership does not issue loaners past 11am. Loaner appointments need to be scheduled between 7am and 11. If customer positively needs to pick up the loaner the night before. Contact Lindsey Martinez or Christina Burnett to check the availability of a loaner. Loaners are available for Detail appointments.
